• "Dance Party" from Just Dance 2016 returns as "CO-OP" mode! Dance with your friends and earn all the jewels.
• The classic Just Dance exprience returns too! Compete against your friends and be the one who earns the much stars or scores!
• "Conquest": Travel through the dance island! Dance against bots, win the matches and earn Mojo points!
• World Dancefloor also returns! Dance on different playlists such as "LYTD Originals", "90's", "Pop Music", "EDM" and more! Rank up and be the master of the dancefloor.
• "Showtime" from Just Dance 2016 returns as "Stage Master"! Dance to the LYTD Songs with YOUR original choreography! Share your FULL choreography to the Dance Feed!
• Dance Feed: Dance Feed is an upgraded version of JDTV. There, you can upload your Autodances, your Stage Master choreography, your Hi-score on a specific song or even challenges on a specific song.
• Dance in awesome different ways! You can use your smartphone to:
  • Don't have a motion camera? Now you can also use your smartphone camera, to film and record you and your friends!
  • Use your phone as a motion controller!
• On-Stage Mode from Just Dance 2014 returns as Live!: Dance on a stage as a solo dancer, two dancers, three or four!
• Sweat Programs from Just Dance 4 returns! Dance to special sweat excercise!
• Battle Mode returns as well!
• VIP Remix: Dance as celebs dancing to a LYTD song!

• The mode "Flash Mob" was removed since it was extremely hard and the developers couldn't edit it easily.
• This is the first Just Dance game to have a song from a 18+ game. In this case, it was Reptile. This song was created especially for the game Mortal Kombat (2011).
